What we do at the academy?


JOG's Head Professor, Jorge Oliveira has been practicing BJJ since he was young in Brazil. Since then, he has dedicated himself to the sport, even facing the challenge of entering the MMA world. Some of his accolades include becoming a 6x South Brazil National Champion, Grapplers Quest Champion, and PFC Champion.

Jog verb \ ˈjäg , ˈjȯg \ run at a steady gentle pace, especially on a regular basis as a form of physical exercise; a very simple, but highly effective physical movement that is the start of any fitness routine from toddlers to seniors, jogging preps people for greatness.

The idea behind JOG originated by the creator’s initials “Jorge Oliveira’s Gym” a creative space to bring all of Jorge’s talents, skills, and hard work into one place, offering his expertise for everyone, everywhere. Jorge is a 4th degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, World Champion MMA Fighter, and carries an astonishing resume of training professional athletes, SWAT teams, celebrities, and many more. Whether you are looking to get into better health or master the skills of Martial Arts, you can join Jorge at JOG and start making a healthy lifestyle change for yourself!

JOG is a virtual and physical fitness / jiu jitsu gym that offers all the same training as a personal trainer, a martial arts class, or a fitness challenge; what makes us stand out isn’t our expertise in the fitness industry, but that we are able to connect with anyone at anytime. The principle concepts behind black belt success



Jiu-Jitsu requires countless hours on the mat in order to hone technique, patience, and skill.



All Jiu-Jitsu players start off as white belts. Then as time progresses, the player becomes stronger and smarter.



A common trait among those on top of the BJJ world is their ability to focus and dedicate themselves to learning.
